Testers gave high marks for what Bristow called "exceptional stability." The FX 94 has a rockered tip with a metal laminated construction and a mix of ash and silver fir in the core. Weight and vibration reducing Hollowtech technology (the colorful milled out sections in the tip, enlarged this season for more weight reduction) and a hook-free shovel and tail are designed for stability and hard snow performance.
