The Thunderstorm is a new directional and versatile board from Bataleon for this winter 2023/2024. It is unisex and available in eight sizes and can be suitable for teenagers, as well as women or men. We recommend it more for beginner to intermediate level snowboarders, it will support the beginnings as well as the first phases of progression. As is often the case with Bataleon, tolerance is required with their 3D construction which allows you to erase a lot of errors, this is rather well seen and reassuring for riders who are still inexperienced. Despite its directional shape, it has good freestyle skills, the ollie is easy and it pops well. We can take it to the boxes and the first rails in the park but also to the green or blue tables. In powder snow, we will not hesitate to shift our bindings to the rear, as with some brands there is on this Bataleon Thunderstorm a pair of even more offset inserts for those perfect days of big powder that we want to trace in all the senses but which we do not necessarily want to kiss full on the mouth in a good old head toe.
