Discover the novelty of the year with the Rustler 9. With a brand new construction the Rustler will bring you even more fun. We have designed a specific Trueblend Free Woodcore for our freeride skis. It combines beech and poplar - two types of wood that guarantee performance - with paulownia for a lightweight, yet high performing wood core. The result: the right flex to cover all freeride demands in a lighter package. The Trueblend Free Woodcore is designed with a harder flex zone in the center, which provides stability and grip on the edges, a medium flex zone in front and behind the binding which provides control, and a soft flex zone in the tip and tail which facilitates the initiation and triggering of turns. The Trueblend technology allows us to precisely control the flex throughout the length of the ski and in all sizes. The FluxForm is designed to work in perfect combination with the Trueblend Wood Core. As a core, the FluxForm is specifically sized for each model. It's tapered in the tips for perfect flotation and wider in the tail for more support during fast powder turns and cliff landings. The three individual pieces of Titanal are specifically shaped and placed to make the ski stable underfoot, yet torsionally soft and playful in the tip and tail. The outer Titanal extends to the edge of the ski and absorbs all impacts that occur along the top edge, reducing scratches and eliminating chipping. The smooth transition from camber to rocker, which runs from the center of the ski to the tip and tail, seamlessly combines lively responsiveness and early float. Once the side cut is designed for maximum versatility, it offers great cornering ability on slopes and easy pivoting in deeper snow.
